Back to the Origin of Shojin Ryori

The time has come to make another Shojir Ryori inspired meal. Instead of studying I've spent significant time preparing the meal you can see in extras today. I love Japanese art of vegetarian cooking called Shojin Ryori and it can be possible for me to make such varied meal when I can get silken tofu online now. My hubby took several pics to take them with him on his Russian business trip.
