MonoMonday: Origin. Waimate

Marie and I went down to Waimate ( Y Mat Tea ) and made sure we left before 6pm when the town gates are closed ( Americans will be familiar with stories of this origin that exist in places like the Appalachian Mountains and Kentucky) Waimate is a unique little place, there was a book sale on today and Marie got a great cook book one where people have inserted their own favourite recipes and added to the book.
