Sports massage

Busy day at work. Came home to sort dinner etc. had my appt at 8.30pm with H for a sports massage. Never had one before. Ouch!!! Apparently my neck and shoulders are so stiff they need much more work. it was a weird 'funny bone' pain to have it worked on. Painful but some relief.
This is a lovely notebook to try and sort lists out.
