Jesus' blood never failed me yet

Our cultural weekend continued with a stunning concert by the Gavin Bryars Ensemble at Kings Place.

The highlight was Jesus' blood- an arrangement built around a loop of an old homeless man singing a religious song in the 70s. I found tears running down my face, it was hugely moving. So moving that I bought the CD and played it when everyone came back to ours for drinks afterwards!
