Penny - Great South Run

Penny and Steve were due to take part in the Great South Run this morning. Sadly however Steve got injured playing rugby and so Penny ran by herself. Steve, Penny  and I went down to Portsmouth to cheer her (and 25,000 others) on. This is Pen at the start of the race and we reckon that she managed to average a little under 11 mins per mile. Which for a 1st time is brilliant. Congratulations Penny!
