Loooong walk

Hubby had the car all day today so the boys and I took ourselves off for a long walk (with a Burger King stop off as incentive). It was a great walk, although the boys would deny that.

Spent some of the afternoon doing a portrait of eldest in pastels. It's definitely him but not quite him, hence why I'm not blipping it.

Spoke to the hospital today. Dad is walking now but still not eating or drinking. Walking is ace though. If he can shift the bloody pneumonia he'll be back on track. It's a stubborn infection but my dad's not taking it lying down :-)

I am now about to embark on a pastel picture of a fox and why not.
