Mystery van

This tarp-covered van has been parked at the former site of the Fulford Inn for a few weeks now.  It changes parking spots now and then.  I'd like to know the story behind it.  I'm wondering if someone is living in it.
Chilly this morning.   Looking forward to a refreshing walk in the bush behind our place.
