Seed Head

Grey day today - autumn really is on the march.  The snails are also on the march, up to the top of the plants along the front.  I guess there's a reason for it, although I've never noticed them at the top of these plants before (unfortunately these have come out a bit dark but the masses below the floret are snails, honestly!).
