Clarice house

Now, the one thing we wanted to avoid this morning was a hangover as we had a romantic break away at Clarice house booked. Needless to say we both had one although the wife's was slightly worse than mine;)

Dropped the children off at kaths and we later found out that we had forgot everything from pyjamas to nappies, oops!!

The wife would quite happily have left after an hour or so as she really was struggling but after the usual treatments etc, she was back in the room. Little did she know, I had the mother of all treats lined up for her in the evening......England v Italy! Who said romance was dead?

Typically the game was as prolonged as possible with extra time, penalties and then the inevitable exit.

Following the game, we ordered red wine and it flowed, as did the chatting and it was a timely reminder that not only is em the love of my life, she is soul mate too.
