Clocks gone back

I have really missed my morning walks .
Now the clocks have gone back I can get out again at 6.45 and march 5km around the mere.
Who would have thought I would be saying that , as this time last year I was on crutches , the outdoors is a great healer especially when you are joined like I was this morning by a Robin , Bullfinch , Kingfisher, Blackbirds and squirrels
