Save us...

from the government! My neighbor replaced his gazebo after it was damaged by a storm. He got a permit and had it approved,  built, inspected and then our local government decided it just wasn't quite right. So after months of back and forth the government decided the home owner needed to plant trees and shrubs in the critical area as a punishment. They came out and drove stakes where the plants would go. Brilliant! They are planted right where the tide comes up when it's high. Couple grand down the drain but the government will not allow the plants to be planted anywhere else, so they are planted in standing salt water...notice the stumps from other trees that died in the same place...we're the government and we are here to help you...Idiots!...No Thanks! Did I mention 60% have to live and be inspected.
