Perfect Beginning

Today we started in Ogdensburg where we saw this sunrise. We visited the Remington museum there. I especially liked his paintings.

We took off through the thousand islands part of the Saint Lawrence River. It was beautiful. Little islands with charming homes and bright fall leaves.

We stopped at Dark Island for a short visit to the Singer Castle. This is the same Singer as the sewing machines. We got a tour and really enjoyed the visit.

We continued on and are now docked at Alexandria Bay where we discovered a distillery and stocked up for the rest of our trip.
