Sunset view

Not as wet as forecast today but we didn't go far. A food shop first off; the rest of the morning spent reading the papers; lunch and a walk around the block before I had a bit of a sleep - and was joined by Bailey who slept for longer than I did. He woke up quickly enough to know when Dad had gone out and we followed him down the back lane to try and record the light. A beautiful sky added to the view of the cathedral across the fields. A bit of an abrupt finish as I think Bailey must have stood on something amongst the rubbish in a field opening. He's spent quite a bit of the evening licking his paw but none of us can see anything and he's not bothered about it being touched. He's had a dunk in the bath anyway and we shall see whether it is still bothering him in the morning. Hopefully not...
