Starks Park Kirkcaldy

Starks Park is a fine example of a Scottish football ground, tucked in a housing area and having a main railway line as its border on one side. It also retains this corner stand although the other stands are the usual utilitarian types found everywhere . One stand is called the McDermid Stand after, l believe,, the writer Val McDermid who is a keen Raith supporter.
The game today was a good one and Hibs held on - as they did at Falkirk- to win 2-1.
