HandRails Hurdles Health and Safety

Riding along and en route from Victoria Station to Deansgate these numerous hand rails caused me to brake , park and blip Just looking at the number of steps made my knees ache. The  rails  appeared more like hurdles..Nobody climbed these steps .No one came down. Indeed few people walked by save for two teenage lads shouting loud abuse at the world and all in it .On seeing my camera they grinned , then grimaced and shouted even more, then walked off with that swagger only teenagers can manage .Amusing to listen to their rantings .
