A Century of Style .....

Until the end of February Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum have a display of fashion and accessories from the 19th Century. Some beautiful dresses but I can't believe that any lady was truly comfortable in bustle and corset!

This beautiful fan, made mostly of bone, feather and mother-of-pearl, was made in China in the middle of the 19th Century.
