A Suffolk Eye

Last Roses of Summer?

IF love were what the rose is,
  And I were like the leaf,
Our lives would grow together
In sad or singing weather,
Blown fields or flowerful closes,
  Green pleasure or gray grief;
If love were what the rose is,
  And I were like the leaf                                         Swinburne

I bought this wonderful citrus scented climbing rose in some kind of sale some years ago, planted it in front of my house, and promptly lost the label.

So when admiring friends ask me what it is called, I have absolutely no idea.

No, it's none of the more ordinary suggestions...

Edit: I think I've identified it as Jude the Obscure. WIth a side bet on Woolerton Old Hall!
