Our Daily Bread.

Todays blip was easy to find, a trip over to Lincolnshire to a operational windmill, grinds, bakes, and sells  bread from local grown grain, can also be washed down with a mug of tea of coffee on site.
I take a trip over the water (River Humber) get me passport stamped( its a Yorkshire thing with Lincolnshire Yellow bellies all take in good spirits). A pleasant drive to Kirton in Lindsey along top of the very scenic Lincolnshire wolds.
Once a month treat,  for some Pain au Levain, an inspiration to keep trying with mine. Tried other bakers loafs, this,... has a taste of its own..one day....the best spread is on a Saturday it doesn't stay there long either.
