Supporting Stroke Association today.

A nice lady in a purple t shirt and tutu came in and took blood pressures if you wanted. There were these purple buns too so I was happy to contribute.

A balanced diet approach with loads of fruit on offer and loads of cakes.

I was in the normal range, good to know. 127/87.
