8 o'clocks
A lovely day after yesterday's storms. A bright sunny morning and calm too. The wind picked up slightly but nothing major but it did cloud over in the afternoon.
I spent the morning in the museum office and been scanning photos of Shetland teenage punks from the 80s. Fantastic hair doos and clothes :) The afternoon was on the front desk and quieter compared to yesterday but still busy.
A few walk with Sammy after tea and then up to the Cunningsburgh hall to help out the Cunningsburgh History Group.
The rest of the night will be spent sorting out the Halloween costume, loads of sewing to be done but got most of the frame work made yesterday :)
Tomorrow is the annual Cunningsburgh History Group auction sale and we've been getting plenty of donations in this evening. There will be loads for to come tomorrow too. The sale is to raise funds for the group, so we can continue to research and keep the history hut running :) I caught mam (Pat) checking out this lovely clock, perfect timing, I was needing my cup of tea at 8 o'clock :) Taken in the Cunningsburgh hall.
