I'm doing my best to follow police advice and not broadcast to the world on social media that I'm away from home and my flat is empty.  Helped by the fact that I've spent a few days in a venue with no mobile phone signal and no television.  So no gadgets for a few days, and I didn't miss them at all!  

This was taken on my way home from Devon, along the Chesil Beach.
