A Day's Difference

It as amazing what a fast moving hurricane can do to the weather. Yesterday, Tropical Storm Patricia had no effect on our local conditions. Today, though, Hurricane Patricia caused clouds and rain to descend on our area. It didn't stop us from playing a some beach volleyball. We were like little kids diving in the sand to keep the water-soaked ball in the air. After an hour, we were wet, dirty and very happy to have played in the less than ideal conditions. Seemed appropriate to get a group shot of us intrepid players, but there was no one on the beach to shoot it. Creative use of the net support and self timer option resulted in a shot with a crooked horizon (which I choose not to fix), all four players, and our friend's dog.
