Bad parenting

Who'd have thought playing flying, jumping games at bedtime would result in over-hyped up children who struggle to get to sleep...

I'm chuffed I could still lift up the 8.5 year old though.

I'll be more chuffed if we've had our last visit from them for the evening though.
