Off to Nans

Packed Rach off to my mums tonight as Christopher has to be in AlderHey Childrens Hospital at 7.30 in the morning.
He is having a general anaesthetic for a filling, I'm not looking forward to telling him he can't have any breakfast in the morning.

Just got back from circuit training, I've only missed two classes and it killed me tonight.
