Singing The Blues

Alf's school had a sponsored walk today to raise funds. Each Tutor Group were given a dressing up theme and Alfie's was 'Hippies'. He seemed ok about it all week but when he got his costume on this morning, the terrible truth that he didn't really look very 'cool' struck him, and as you can see, he wasn't terribly happy about wearing it. I managed to get a quick snap before he ran back upstairs to dress in an outfit far more becoming of a trendy 13 year old about town.
I had to go into school for a training day (managed to escape after lunch) now to the important business of packing for our half term holiday and delivering animals to their respective homes for the week.
