BCAM - Day 22

Believe it or not ... this is a flower  (no filter!!!!!!). Delicate, velvety and VERY pink. I have no idea what it's called but I had to take a pic.

Another day of preparing for Kids in the Park on Saturday. Feeling stressed with all the other stuff that needs to be done too but I know it WILL all get done.

My back is still bad but I did manage to make it to pilates. Our instructor bought us little torture balls called 'beastie balls' to help with muscle pain.
