Fish For Dinner?
Honorary grandson IR finished his pretend camera on schedule this afternoon, and did a very good job of it.
We made a couple of design changes from the prototype. First we moved the shutter release switch closer to the side -- a better placement for his small hand. Then we drilled a hole through the body for the viewfinder, as suggested by blipper DWBham. He was very pleased with his camera, and is looking forward to working on more projects.
Cynthia persuaded me to join her for a walk down at Lake Padden just before sunset. I was glad to go after being inside most of the day.
I'm surprised that people are still fishing. The lake is not very deep, and is stocked with hatchery fish at the beginning of fishing season. Most of them are caught quite quickly. I doubt if even the smarter ones survive until the next season.
