Bordeaux Right Bank

In my final days in France before moving back to "The Republic", I was able to get to Bordeaux and do it right this time. A visit to Chateau Rouget (Pomerol), Chateau La Gaffelière and Chateau Figeac (Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé) was a great start to a two day wine tour of some of the premier wine producers of Bordeaux. This is the perfect time to visit the Bordeaux Chateaux, shortly after the harvest, to see the fermentation in progress and essentially have your own private tour.
