I was pottering around the garden this morning in the sun (and gale) and noticed the centre of this flower (do you know what sort from this small bit?).
Filled the brown bins for collection tomorrow and got a load of washing dry before heading off to café and collecting grandson.
Once he'd gone home I tried running again - no problems with the leg, though it was hard work against the wind.
This evening I've started work on a photo book of our holiday to the Western Isles, hope to get it done before the end of the weekend.
