Heston

Landed at Heathrow after getting a good 7 hours sleep on the flight. Didn’t do my back much go though. Said goodbye to holiday mum and dad and went through to wait for our connecting flight home. Had a quick try of some whisky and then found a café. While there we logged in to find the seats for our holiday next year had just come out for use with air miles, so we booked the outbound flight while sitting in Heathrow. Is that wrong??
Had breakfast at Heston Blumenthal's place. Here is a snap of the lighted mural on the back wall. Nice to have a treat before getting home.

Got back to the flat Ok with the bag and then unpacked a bit before getting some food and settling in to watch the Singapore GP. Not a great race. J had to get a flight back to London as she had an early morning meeting there. I went out with RD to a Blip event on the top of the Glasshouse hotel. They have a rooftop terrace you can see from Carlton Hill. Great event with free drink and good to catch up with him as well.
