COME IN WE'RE OPEN

I did as the door was open, even though the sign was obviously the wrong way round. It cost me but I'm happy.

A walk round The Garrison today, very pleasant and lots of birds flitting through the trees. G has gone off for more birding this afternoon and I have had a solo walk round the shops town. And now I am going to rest my aching feet for a while. We have walked non-stop since we arrived, and each day when we get back to the cottage it has been time for me to make the dinner.

Tomorrow we are eating out, 'tis booked.
