The Park in Autumn

It has been very windy today, but the sun came out this afternoon, so I took a stroll around the park. I was clearly not the only person doing that with a camera! There was one bloke with a very long zoom, clearly after birds, and another with what looked like an 85mm or 100mm lens. I just had my compact today. But the Autumn leaves meant that it was almost impossible not to get a decent shot, no matter what kind of camera you were sporting. 

So here is one of the follies in the park, set against a tree in full Autumn glory, and a raven who happened to be watching proceedings at the time. 

Peace is now officially over though. The school broke up this afternoon. My house now resounds to You Tube memes and giggles.
