Not a clue....

.... as to what this is.  Maybe a bromeliad of some sort.

The flowers are the most amazing colours, blue, green, red and yellow.

EDIT:  Thanks to Meles, it's Billbergia nutans, an epiphytic bromeliad native to Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina.
