Today a very good friend, and a real support. Louise.


Louise runs Human Resources where I work, and has been very supportive, and a real friend. Sometimes, just having a friend to listen is what you need. Someone who understands the situation, the circumstances around things that made things unbearable.


She didn't do any single amazing thing. Not a big gesture, just checked in with me, asked how I was, how today had gone. Was there if I wanted a chat or something became too much for me. Just been a caring friend.
