This is Thomas.

He is the grandson of one of the amazing ladies who volunteers here at Isubilo, working especially with the underweights. She has been very helpful with my research, transcribing for me.

Thomas always comes along with him grandmother on a Monday because he is too young for school. Over the past 3 years that I've been coming here, we have developed a cute friendship and he always comes and finds me for a little cuddle!

In other news, I got told by the bus conductor this morning that I was the lady with the hippos....apparently he meant I have hips! How hilarious to shout that at someone...good job I'm thick skinned!!

I also managed to get several more interviews done. One harrowing story made me very angry...life isn't fair for these vulnerable children.

Also managed to cut my leg even just getting onto a bus...dont even ask me how i did it!
