St Michael's Cathedral of the Golden Domes, Kiev

I arrived in Kiev today as part of a team of international election observers here for the elections which will take place on Monday 26th October. After getting to the hotel I got out for a walk and went to the riverside to take a look. However I soon changed my mind as it was bitterly cold by the river and I headed away from it to see what I could find.

Luckily I stumbled across some amazing looking Catherals including this one. I went into St Michael's Cathedral and it was amazing to see the incredible decoration inside, very different from Church of Scotland churches or Catholic Churches.
