Another lab

Although most of my day was spent inside working on a deadline, I did have to leave the house for a couple of hours for a lab on the estuary. We had to watch oystercatchers and count the time they spent looking for food and feeding.

It was a lovely day for autumn so I couldn't complain. We even saw three sea eagles! They sat on the beach and were a welcome distraction from the data collection. Unfortunately they were too far away a photo!
