After a rubbish day Arabelle saw daddy and was happy.

The hardest thing about today was our decision to give Arabelle some formula. I've been thinking about it for a while as I'm really sick of expressing and she loves her nighttime bottle. It was taking me 45mins twice a day to get enough milk. I cried when Matthew gave her the bottle although I'm still breastfeeding her a couple of times a day. My little girl is growing up so quickly and I will never forget the amazing feeling of feeding her. I'm proud of how well she's done and although it was difficult the bond of breastfeeding will stay with Arabelle and I forever. I'm hoping not having to express will give me a bit more freedom to get other things done and it's good prep for going back to work.
