Lauriston Castle

Keen to do a bit more sight-seeing today, we went to Lauriston Castle. I've seen some lovely shots on blip of the Japanese garden but I fancy coming back and trying my shots again later in the day, when the sun is further round. I'm happy today with one of the autumn leaves, instead.

I was sorry that katkatkat  and a friend weren't feeling fit enough to come with us, maybe next time!

In the afternoon we gave Kat a lift to a marvellous fabric shop and had coffee and a scone in a corner café while she made her choice.
