What bliss

I couldn't understand why Bess stayed put like this for some time on our walk this afternoon....until she moved and I realised she'd been standing in a deep black mud pool!!
She couldn't understand why she had to have a bath when she got home!
It's been a gloriously hot summer's day- I refuse to complain about the heat!!
