Please let me in!

Another in my occasional series entitled "insects through dirty double glazing", this was one of a number of crane flies seemingly making an attempt to follow the ladybirds which invaded my flat last week. I'm afraid I was hard hearted and refused admission to all of them, as unlike the ladybirds they seem unable to just find a quiet corner and stay out of the way.

Critics of some of my earlier work should note that this insect has a full complement of legs and wings :-)
