Mother and Child

A solitary figure on the beach at Cruden Bay. This creates a rather false impression as there were in fact a lot of people on the beach, and it seemed even more dogs.

I felt there was something to be done here in terms of a rather arty photograph. Unfortunately it has failed both in execution and processing as I have not got the effect I was hoping for.

The weather had been quite warm and sunny, but a huge cloud appeared over Cruden Bay and refused to move away. It even dropped a few, very few, drops of moisture.
