.... paddles off for a leisurely spot of early morning pillaging.

It was actually extremely leisurely - see extra, and the colours were magnificent - almost a shame to convert to mono but this seemed a good entry for Mono Monday 'Travel'. He travelled around Kitchen Cove, then went out past the island and floated around in the middle of nowhere for a bit. Delightful apparently.

What a day! Warm, sunny, delightful. I have worked away in the garden and the last gunnera is now down and wrapped up. Accompanied by Chirpy of course. We shared an al fresco lunch - he perched on top of my salda bowl at one point! The thought of a swim did cross my mind but went out again pretty quickly. And the tide was out. And there were Vikings about.
