Our new eating-in determination has spread across continents and resulted in me making forays to shops of which we were not previously patrons. The Gourmet Shop in Brazil Street, Cairo is a case in point. They sell succulent-looking Aussie beef hamburgers. Let’s see how they go down with Dd tonight who is always keen to ensure her protein intake.
