Meall nan Tarmachan

Today I took L up her first ever Munro. Meall nan Tarmachan is Scotland's 89th highest Munro, standing at an impressive 1044 metres.

L was fantastic and walked all the way up and down without getting carried. She did have a couple of moments near the summit which was to be expected but one very proud here.

We were lucky with the weather as well. It was sunny and dry with the rain hovering just as we got back to the car.

A wee visit to Lawers Dam before returning to the caravan to freshen up, draw a picture of the experience and call MrsT to tell her story before our well deserved dinner!
