Erosion

Spotted the stone in an old wall, it could be a few hundred years old but showing signs of age.  Pretty.  

Spin class was hard today, I did have some energy but could have done with more.  

I can smell my dinner and it sure smells fine, two hours to wait before he gets home though.  xx
