Healthy breakfast
I don't like cereal. It's boring.
My breakfast on a wet Thursday: egg fried rice with kai lan (Chinese broccoli), chopped ginger and spring onion, and crispy garlic chips on top.
Fried rice is easy to make, and it's a great way to clear out leftovers from the fridge.
