On Top Of The World

A fantastic day! At 0930 I began running up Mount Rokko from behind Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station and I reached the summit at 1130. I ate my lunch up there and then ran down the opposite side of Mount Rokko and down into Arima. From there I ran back over Mount Rokko and down into Takarazuka. From there I took the train back to Imazu and ran home. Next time I will just double back and retrace my route through the trails and back to Ashiya because running the trails was far more awesome than running along the small country roads back over Mount Rokko. I'm now officially hooked on trail running.
