Can you guess which one is my favourite?

It is certainly not the 6 day deadline I have been set as the file was corrupt when issued and head office took 3 weeks to fix it! Reminds me of a phrase someone once told me along the lines of, "your inadequacies doesn't make your request my urgent." I don't think that's quiet the right words but you get the idea.
