Taking stock

The trouble with a new idea is that you go on the internet and find it isn't anything of the sort. Like emptying the fridge of past-it veg and deciding to use the slow cooker to make stock. It works brilliantly but surprise surprise has been done already. 

Anyway it's the end result that counts not the originality of the technique, as Casanova probably said several centuries ago.

As for the rest:

A doing day. A lot of doing. Cleaning, bit of work, dump, paperwork - lot of paperwork - assembling IKEA lamps, sudden mood swings.

Oh yeah the mood swings. Probably a virus...
